Homeopathy is a natural form of medicine used by over 200 million people worldwide to treat both acute and chronic conditions. It is based on the principle of ‘like cures like’. In other words, a substance taken in small amounts will cure the same symptoms it causes if taken in large amounts. The holistic nature of homeopathy means each person is treated as a unique individual and their body, mind, spirit and emotions are all considered in the management and prevention of disease. Taking all these factors into account a homeopath will select the most appropriate medicine based on the individual’s specific symptoms and personal level of health to stimulate their own healing ability. Homeopathic medicines are safe to use as they rarely cause side-effects. This means when used appropriately under the guidance of a qualified homeopath they can be taken by people of all ages, including babies, children and pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Pronounced, "RAY-kee". Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing believed to have originated in the late 19th century. Reiki centers on the manipulation of ki, the Japanese version of chi. Rei translates to God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki to "life force energy". Reiki is the "spiritually guided life force energy." Reiki is based on the belief that when spiritual energy is channeled through a reiki practitioner, the patient's spirit is healed, which in turn heals the physical body. (MedicineNet)
Meditation is the practice of turning one's attention to a single point of reference. It can involve focusing on the breath, on bodily sensations, or on a word or phrase, known as a mantra. In other words, meditation means pivoting away from distracting thoughts and focusing on the present moment.
The Bowen technique is a dynamic therapy developed by the late Tom Bowen in Geelong, Australia. It is a form of bodywork which uses small, but measured moves on certain parts of the body stimulating the body to heal itself, often profoundly. It is used to treat Acute and Chronic conditions in individuals of all ages. A Bowtech session lasts from 30 - 45 minutes. The moves are gentle and purposeful and can be done through light stretchable clothing. In contrast to other hands on disciplines, where the practitioner tries to correct the issue through the technique performed, the Bowen technique allows the body to heal itself with minimal intervention.
